Structure & Facade trap - answer to a new tomorrow

Paris has just recently come up in the media because of the the annual emissions report, that listed it for the first time as heavy polluted.
In 2011, the value in St. Denis, Paris was 54,41 μg/m3 for PM10 and 33,31 μg/m3 for PM2.5 (with 50 μg/m3 being the highest color mark).
But not only air-, but also noise-pollution is and will become more and more of a problem.

Since in cites like paris we have a lot of already existing buildings, the task of tomorrow will be to renovate them to withstand this new problems:
